Since Wednesday morning I have been at an all time low.  I am more perky today and can write this post without sobbing like a baby.  This is what is happening to us.

I have posted various blogs entries of my attempts to make some extra income.  All the one I have thought of i have tried and all have come to an abrupt end.  In Sept I started working as a agent for a wah company and I was so excited at this new opportunity.  It was a way for me to make the $400.00 a month we so desperately need.  I was starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel, that maybe with time and persistence we could get out of the hole we have dug our into.

Yet, before I even break a stride it get pulled from under me, no more is that money available to me.  The company I was working for no longer has that contract.  Back to square one I go, it is like a get into free jail card and stay there this time.

I have to admit right now it is looking pretty hopeless, yet after a few days of nothing but thinking how am I going to make it better I have just about given up.  No sense in fighting it anymore for the time being, no way to avoid what will happen.  Days will continue rolling by and someday things will start to look better.

I can’t believe it is the 2nd full week of November.  I am not sure where time goes but it does and it is sneaky.

This week will be less hectic for us because soccer games are over.  We did enjoy it very much the weekly practices and games but after 10 weeks I was ready for it to be over.  My son is already looking forward to next season. 🙂

My husband is glad because he has tomorrow off.  He decided not to take today off and save it for later this month or in December.  He is content with his week being only 4 days this week.

Let’s see what this day and this week hold in store for our family.  Whatever it might be I am sure it will be not more than we can handle.

We have cut off 50.00 of our cable intern expense, just by changing service providers.  This month we are getting rid of netflix which is another 19.00 a month.  I am working on getting our food exp from 400.00 a month to 300.00, but this is still a work in progress.

The hardest thing has been getting my husband to cooperate in getting rid of some of the expense we have.  He is fully on board now and we will continue to cut as we can.

So far then it is
50.00 + 20.00 = 70.00

sigh some progress yay ok temp victory lol

I am watching our income and expense closely these days.  I have been making extra income now steadily for about 2 moths.  This is my one step forward.

Darn those two steps back.  We recently found out we owe my husband’s job 800.00 approx from a relocation move.  Last time he owed them monies they took it out of his paycheck without any prior notice and he ended up getting two paychecks for only a couple hundred dollars.  I panicked when I heard we owed them monies again, since last time it happened during the holidays too.  Mind you this holiday season was going to be close to non existent anyways, but if this was taken out at once it would be digging into our basic needs.  All I could do was pray for it to be better this time around.

My husband has now found out that he can request it to be taken out in small sums at of course 5% interest.  This is much better interest than most of the credit cards we now have, on which we don’t have the available credit to pay this even if we wanted to.  This it seems is going to be our best option.  Our first step back, because now we are back to to the beginning in our debt reduction again.

Now on to our second step back, the all mighty dental bill.  I had needed some work done recently, mind you it was 4 filling of the dark kind nothing fancy like whit filling etc.  These fillings were just your average ugly filling that needed to be taken care of, less I wanted it to end up being a root canal and a crown ugghh.  That would have been an astronomical fee I am sure of probably in the thousands of dollars, ok back to my reality lol.  My bill for my 4 fillings was 500.00  I almost fell on my butt when I saw what that wow.  I did call them and they too will take monthly payments and at apparently no interest rate, at least non that was mentioned in my call. So we are now even more in debt than when we originally started keeping track of all this.  There just seems to be no end to this anytime soon.  Our family is going to continue to move forward and not lose hope that one day it will be better.
