Peppermint Bark

Our family will be doing a random act of kindness for advent. Our Random Acts of Kindness will be as follows: ( We will try our best to do one everyday)

1.  12/1/ Chocolate peppermint stick for teachers at my lil guys school who work so hard for the kids.

Turns out we made treats for the recycling staff, postal person, bus driver, and staff at our doctors office

We gave to the teachers, and office staff too.

Update on our Spending Looking at our Budget

Christmas in the post-War United States

I am focusing on reducing our food budget for the time being.  In the month of December our budget for our family of 4 was approximately 750.00.  This include a new family member foster child who is currently living with us.

My goal for the month of December will be 700.00 including my Christmas baking gifts.  I will do my best to get to that goal let’s see how I do later this month.

Do you have a food budget?  What is your budget for your family?

Let me know your thoughts in the comments and maybe even your blog url so we can give one another tips.  Thanks and Merry Christmas/ Happy Holidays 🙂
