Yummi Recipe Cheesy Baked Potato

02/24/2011 by Sandra 4 Comments

I wanted to make Cheesy Baked Potato, but didn’t have any hamburger in the house.  My little brain got to cranking and I remembered a few chicken legs I had baked the night before, so I thought hmm.  I took the chicken and took it off the bone and added it to the Cheesy Baked Potato.  I took pictures of the chicken but they didn’t look very tasty so I decided to axe them from the post.

I did get plenty of other pics that came on very delish.

I did have three boxes but opted to make only 2 and I am glad I did because it made plenty with enough for leftovers for lunch the next day.

With a tasty side salad of spinash and spring mix and it is all ready to dive in.

My husband likes to add a bit of hot sauce to his dish.

Wish List 2

11/30/2010 by Sandra Leave a Comment

We finally found a good compromise for my in-laws gift and it will only be about 50.00 for both of them.  Now I feel so much better that that is out of the way.  We chose a bread maker which we hope they will like and use often.

2 (3.5 oz) packages coconut cream pudding (either instant or cook and serve)

1 t baking soda

1 t salt

1 t cinnamon

In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, dry pudding mix, baking soda, salt and
