I had a nice time putting together this swap for Mer from swap-bot.  This is my second private swap with her and she is a delightful swapper.  I can’t wait to receive her swap and read the feedback from when she receives mine, pictured here.

sent swap to thisisme from swapbot

I went nutty writing recipes and before I knew it had picked and written down 6 instead 5 hehe

Yummi Recipe Rice with Hotdogs and Fried Eggs

03/02/2011 by Sandra 2 Comments

Not sure if anyone else may see this as yummi but at our home we do, so I thought I would share with you.

I fry two eggs place them on the side.  then I heat up turkey dogs with brown rice and place those together.  I like to eat mine all mixed together but my son like them separate.  It not the most healthy meal but it is so good, so we have it sporadically.

If you try it let me know what you thought and how it tasted to you in the comment section.  Do you have a food combination that is favored in your home?

Yummi Recipe Cheesy Baked Potato

02/24/2011 by Sandra 4 Comments

I wanted to make Cheesy Baked Potato, but didn’t have any hamburger in the house.  My little brain got to cranking and I remembered a few chicken legs I had baked the night before, so I thought hmm.  I took the chicken and took it off the bone and added it to the Cheesy Baked Potato.  I took pictures of the chicken but they didn’t look very tasty so I decided to axe them from the post.

I did get plenty of other pics that came on very delish.

I did have three boxes but opted to make only 2 and I am glad I did because it made plenty with enough for leftovers for lunch the next day.

Here is our tasty meal ready to serve to my little family.

With a tasty side salad of spinash and spring mix and it is all ready to dive in.

My husband likes to add a bit of hot sauce to his dish.
