I have been so busy taking care to prepare for our foster kids, that I have over looked paying some of our monthly bills like phone/internet bill. I really got lucky the service didn’t get diconnected. Well they do have quite a bit of a grace period I noticed.
I am checking this morning to see if there is anything else that might have slipped through the cracks of busyness.

I’ve recently over looked bills……a gas and electric bill for the house to be exact. They had gotten put in the wrong spot in the bill box and I found them on the due date. A few of the local businesses will do bill pay for you, so I called around. I was told it would take a few days to get there and would cost me a minimum of $5 per bill. It was cheaper for me to just suck up and pay the, less than a dollar, after the due date fee and send it in. I did that and they credited my “late fees” on my next bill. They got them at least 3 days late….I was shocked. Maybe it’s cause we’ve like never paid them late in all the 15 years we’ve had the service connected, I dunno, but it made me happy.
