This past weekend we cleaned out our garage,  in preparation to attempt to sell our home again.  Selling this home and getting into a more inexpensive one is our goal.  We tried once before and lost our steam.  Here we go again our second try.

I am a bit overwhelmed but also full of hope that we can go through with our sale this time.  Today will be a busy day, but by no means will I finish all I have to do.  I have a plan written out and will just put a line through my to do’s as I go.

I have been taking sometime away from the internet and enjoying the summer with my family.  I am back now and going to continue posting our progress.  I do hope everyone has had a good time with their families.

Today we went to the water park for a homeschool meeting.  Great place for my 6 year old to meet new kids for the coming school year, is my train of thought.

We are driving home and he is talking away with me and says, “Mom, (for privacy sake let’s say he said) Caleb and Kelly are my best friends in the whole world and my friend Josep is my 2nd best friend.”  I said nice honey yes those kids are nice.  Mind you the two kids he mentioned as his best friends he hasn’t seen in over two months. The little boy who is his 2nd on the list is the one that come over often, and his mom is always calling me for them to get together.

The other two siblings thier parents are a bit odd and never want to let their kids come over or get together with us, yet he considers them his best friends, go figure.  He does get to see those siblings from time to time but not enough to always talk about them like he sees them on a regular basis.  I know he is too young to understand all aspects of friend.  I guess in time he will learn, as well as with my husband and I speaking to him about it.

Just blogged about this cause it puzzled me quite a bit and not sure if I should read more into it than I am currently doing.

There is no place like home, being away is a good thing but home is home.  Had a little of everything during our time away in Oklahoma City.

I have a few pictures to post and blog about.  I thought I would have time to post while at the hotel, but no my time just flew by.

I am sad only because now I have dishes to do again and oh no the mountain of laundry.  I love being home most of all because of home cooking.  Eating out is good but nothing like home cooking.
