On The Money Monday

I have thought about what to do to get our emergency fund back on track and have come up with a plan for our home.  Every Monday I am going to set aside 20.00 for savings.  This could add up to 40.00 a month or 60.00 depending on how many Monday’s a month has.

I am hoping that by doing this I can jump start us and get us back on track.  Let’s start today with a balance of

Anyone want to join me and save a little money too.

52 Letters 52 Weeks Finally Mail Service Again

We had mail service yesterday for the first time in 2 weeks.  My box was full to the brim and I was actually glad.  I had wanted to start writing my letters this last week but to no avail it had to wait till tomorrow.
I need to search through my stationary box and my address book to see who will be the first recipient of this weeks letter or care package.

Saturday Stumbles Fridge Foods and More

I slipped and fell this last Tuesday, so I have had lots of time on the internet to find some pretty neat stumbles.  So here I go what I stumbled this week.

1.  My Fridge Food My husband liked this one since it might save us a bit on our food budget.  Guess we will see if it helps us do just that.

2.  Peanut Butter S’mores Turnovers I think this are delish, I have to try these with my kids.  My little one is allergic to peanuts so I will try them with soy butter, which should work same.

3.  Cupcakes A-Z – Food seems to be following me this week, and these cupcakes are to die for.  I probably couldn’t make most of them but now I have a terrible craving for them. haha

I will stop now because it’s lunch time and now I am starving.
