Well this was fun to make, we really were just going by instinct. My husband saw this on the television and wanted to try it. See what you think, they were actually quite tasty.
There is dear hubby playing with the dough, he loves that!
Finally found the rolling pin hiding in the drawer, after taking out every pan we own from the cabinet.
Yea then I had to put them away darn
We roasted chicken, which we used a timer for really we did. The timer went off and I turned it off, but
forgot to turn the oven off duh. Oh well crispy chicken we got out of it.
Feta cheese we love this cheese, can’t make almost anything without it. Hmmm where is my darn
spinach pic, I know we also put that into this meal.
Good dose of sauce, yum.
Piling on the cheese
And put on the veggies, green peppers and more.
This is what it looked like after we rolled it, turned out to be a fat one.
My husband was in such a hurry to each eat (was in such a hurry I put my finger in the wrong key) dinner I didn’t get a picture of it after baking. That lil poop, I was a bit annoyed at him for being too quick for once. Usually not a problem with him as he does almost everything slow.
Oh well they were very good we all loved them and requested he make them again whenever he feels the urge.

Very interesting….2 blogs I follow each posted a stromboli recipe like almost the same time! Here’s the link to the other one: http://joyinmykitchen.blogspot.com/2011/02/italian-sausage-stromboli.html
I’ve never had stromboli, but it does look good.
Thanks for sharing Anna, they were fun to make and tasty. The kids like them very much so we will definitely make them again.
